RHEA has opened its Bucharest office earlier in the year 2008 and has partnered on a major residential/commercial mixed project in Fundeni, Central Bucharest.
RHEA Real Estate Development SRL is the project developer, while the parent company has economic interest in the Project, which has a sale of ~ EUR 225mn. The project encompasses over 1,000 residential units, one office tower and retail premises.
A group company has also built exposure to high–end residential market in Dubai via a late stage development effort. This project is completed and exited.
